Assistant Banquet Manager – Female, Arabic Speaking

About the role

The Ritz-Carlton Doha is seeking a dedicated Assistant Banquet Manager to support the Banquet team in delivering exceptional service for events and functions. This full‑time, onsite position reports to the Banquet Manager and plays a key role in maintaining the high standards of the resort’s food and beverage operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate banquet set‑ups, service flow and breakdowns in line with guest specifications.
• Ensure all banquet staff work cohesively, providing guidance and support during events.
• Inspect staff grooming and attire, correcting any deficiencies promptly.
• Communicate effectively with guests, kitchen, and other departments to address special requests and resolve issues.
• Monitor service standards, quality, and safety throughout each function.

Required profile

• Female candidate fluent in Arabic and English.
• Strong passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering memorable guest experiences.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to lead a diverse team.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Required skills

• Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of banquet service procedures and standards.
