Associate Manager, Customer Facing Supply Chain

About the role

As an Associate Manager, Customer Facing Supply Chain you will lead innovative and sustainable supply‑chain solutions for Nestlé and its customers in Doha. The role focuses on optimizing cost‑to‑serve, maximizing product availability and delivering a competitive advantage through day‑to‑day supply‑chain operations.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and Supply Chain to define and lead a common customer strategy, coordinating cross‑functional teams from concept to delivery.
• Act as the Supply Chain ambassador for Nestlé and the customer, driving on‑shelf availability, freshness and distributor stock levels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the customer, conducting site visits, remote calls and gaining insight into their operations.
• Ensure a perfect order cycle by monitoring KPIs, analysing performance and solving root‑cause failures across the O2C end‑to‑end process.
• Develop joint projects such as inventory replenishment, non‑food reduction and master‑data improvement to close performance gaps.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience across sales and supply chain, including customer service.
• Proven track record of leading projects that require commercial and supply‑chain expertise.
• Experience in trade environments is a plus.
