Associate Supply & Operations Planning (S&OP)

About the role

We are looking for an Associate Supply & Operations Planning (S&OP) professional to support the rapid growth of our tMart grocery store concept across the Middle East. The role focuses on ensuring product availability, optimizing supplier performance and driving S&OP processes in a fast‑paced, 30‑minute delivery environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage supplier fill rates and on‑time delivery to meet internal inbound requirements.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships, conduct quarterly business reviews and drive corrective actions.
• Implement the S&OP cycle with suppliers, integrating constraints into forward‑looking demand forecasts.
• Coordinate daily supply operations, improve processes with demand and store teams, and oversee delivery schedules.
• Develop and maintain service‑level dashboards using Looker and Tableau, and report on KPI performance such as Supplier Fill Rate, OTIF and On‑Time Delivery.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in fruit & vegetable supply chain or related logistics.
• Solid understanding of distribution centre operations, inventory control and basic finance.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and intercultural skills.
• Very good English proficiency.
• Quality and food‑safety related certification.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Looker and Tableau for data analysis and reporting.
