Banquet F&B Supervisor

About the role

The Ned Doha is seeking a hands‑on F&B Supervisor to lead its Banquet team. You will ensure every event – from weddings to corporate gatherings – runs flawlessly, delivering the high‑standard service the hotel is known for.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all banquet operations from set‑up through breakdown.
• Lead, motivate and coach the banquet staff to provide warm, professional service.
• Coordinate with Kitchen, Events and Operations teams to guarantee smooth execution.
• Monitor service standards, guest satisfaction and event timelines, resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain venue presentation, cleanliness and compliance with health, safety and hygiene standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Banquet Supervisor or similar F&B supervisory role in a luxury hotel or upscale hospitality setting.
• Strong leadership with the ability to inspire and develop a diverse team.
• Excellent communication, organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude while managing multiple priorities.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
