Beauty Consultant – FACES

About the role

The Beauty Consultant for the FACES concept will deliver premium beauty experiences to guests in our Lusail store. You will combine deep product knowledge with personalized service to inspire customers and achieve sales goals.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and advise clients on the best products for their needs.
• Utilize sales techniques and makeup expertise to meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain a clean, well‑stocked counter and ensure timely replenishment of merchandise.
• Handle new product launches, promotions and visual merchandising according to brand guidelines.
• Demonstrate product usage, conduct makeup applications and communicate benefits.
• Track daily sales, sell‑out performance and post‑launch results, preparing regular reports.
• Uphold high grooming standards and contribute to a memorable guest experience.
