About the role
We are seeking a friendly and professional Bell Associate to join a five‑star hotel in Doha, Qatar. The role involves welcoming guests, handling luggage, and providing information about hotel services. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring a smooth and memorable experience for every guest.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly, opening car and entrance doors for arriving and departing guests.
- Escort guests to their rooms, acquainting them with hotel services, amenities, and regulations.
- Manage the collection and delivery of laundry/dry cleaning for guests on a daily basis.
- Assist guests with their luggage to ensure a smooth arrival and departure process.
- Offer detailed information about the hotel's amenities and services to enrich guests' overall experience.
- Promptly report any disturbances.
