Bell Attendant

About the role

As a Bell Attendant you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving and departing from the hotel, providing a warm welcome and a friendly farewell. You will act as a guide and ambassador, delivering the high‑standard guest service experience that Tivoli Hotels & Resorts is known for.

Key responsibilities

• Manage lobby traffic, greeting guests and assisting with luggage.
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services and local attractions.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures.
• Maintain a tidy and welcoming lobby environment.

Required profile

• High school diploma.
• Passion for hospitality and guest interaction.
• Positive learning attitude and flexibility.
• Strong communication skills and good level of English.

Required skills

• Customer service orientation.
• Basic knowledge of hotel operations.
