Bike Rider

About the role

RyderX is seeking a full‑time Bike Rider to join its on‑site delivery team in Doha, Qatar. You will pick up orders from restaurants, pharmacies, retailers and other partners and deliver them to customers quickly and professionally, representing the brand at every doorstep.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and deliver orders following assigned routes and using navigation tools.
• Verify order details at pickup and drop‑off points to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain safe riding practices, keep the motorcycle clean and road‑worthy, and obey local traffic laws.
• Communicate clearly with dispatch, report any delays or issues promptly.
• Provide courteous, brand‑aligned customer service during each delivery.

Required profile

• Valid Qatar motorcycle driving licence with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a delivery rider, courier or similar on‑road role.
• Strong time‑management, route‑planning and basic navigation abilities.
• Good written and spoken English; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
• Physical ability to ride for extended periods and handle packages within reasonable weight limits.
• Reliability, punctuality and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Familiarity with Doha streets is advantageous.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
