Bilingual Sales Engineer – Steel (Doha)

About the role

Elegancia Steel is seeking a bilingual Sales Engineer to drive its steel fabrication business in Doha. The role will focus on structural steel, pre‑engineered buildings and large‑scale construction projects, expanding the company’s market presence across Qatar.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new steel fabrication contracts in the Qatari construction market.
• Develop and maintain relationships with EPC contractors, oil & gas, industrial and commercial clients.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, including cost estimates and project specifications.
• Lead business‑development activities, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
• Coordinate with engineering and production teams to ensure feasibility and timely delivery of projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 5–10 years of experience in steel fabrication, structural steel sales or pre‑engineered building solutions.
• Proven track record of winning steel construction projects and developing new business.
• Strong network within the Qatar construction sector; Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Experience working with EPC contractors in oil & gas, industrial, commercial or infrastructure projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for pipeline management.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
