Business Analyst – Core Banking Transformation (Temenos T24)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to lead large‑scale Core Banking transformation programmes using Temenos Transact (T24). The role will focus on Retail and Corporate Banking operations, including Islamic Banking, and will drive process redesign, data migration and user adoption across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements; produce BRDs, FSDs and process documentation.
• Lead Temenos T24 transformation projects, define Target Operating Model and perform gap analysis.
• Support retail, corporate and Islamic banking processes such as accounts, payments, financing and remittances.
• Plan and execute data migration, data cleansing, mapping rules and balance reconciliation.
• Design and run SIT and UAT, manage defect triage and obtain business sign‑offs.
• Prepare operational readiness plans, SOPs, user manuals and deliver training.
• Coordinate with business users, technology teams, implementation partners and vendors; provide regular project updates.
• Maintain project governance, documentation and audit compliance.

Required profile

• 11+ years of experience in Core Banking transformation.
• Strong background in Temenos Transact (T24) implementations, preferably in the Middle East.
• Extensive knowledge of Retail and Corporate Banking operations and Islamic Banking.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Subject Matter Expert in banking projects.
• Hands‑on experience with data migration and testing activities.
