Snoonu, Qatar’s homegrown Super App, is looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive growth, forge new partnerships and expand market presence. The role is ideal for a results‑driven professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and can translate strategic ideas into tangible business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Strategic planning and execution of business development strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, target segments and potential partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients and partners.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth execution of initiatives and address operational challenges.
• Drive customer acquisition, revenue growth and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.
• Monitor performance metrics, prepare regular reports and use data‑driven insights to optimise strategies.

Required profile

• Proven track record in business development or sales, preferably in a fast‑moving or startup environment.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem‑solving and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and consistently meet targets.
• Experience in retail or grocery sectors is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field; MBA is advantageous.
