Business Development Specialist – Qatar

About the role

Fresha is seeking a proactive Business Development Specialist to drive new client acquisition across Qatar. Reporting to the Business Development Team Lead, you will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and be responsible for meeting ambitious revenue targets in a fast‑moving, technology‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Consistently achieve sales quotas by contacting decision‑makers via phone, email and social channels.
• Deliver product demonstrations and pitch Fresha’s AI‑powered operating system to prospective beauty, wellness and self‑care businesses.
• Manage the end‑to‑end sales process, including prospecting, qualification, proposal, negotiation and contract signing.
• Conduct cost‑benefit and needs analyses to align Fresha’s solutions with partner goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams (commercial, product, support) to ensure a seamless partner experience.
• Provide market feedback on trends, competitor activity and customer needs.
• Respond to 100% of qualified inbound leads and generate new opportunities through cold outreach.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably within SaaS or technology solutions.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and comfortable working autonomously in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to manage a pipeline, prioritize activities and meet deadlines.
