Business Excellence Expert

About the role

The Business Excellence Expert will lead performance improvement initiatives across the organization, applying the EFQM excellence model and quality management principles. This role is contract‑based for 12+ months with the possibility of extension, based in Qatar.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and apply the EFQM model to drive organizational excellence.
• Develop and implement quality management systems and methodologies.
• Analyse data to identify improvement opportunities and monitor results.
• Lead strategic planning processes, including Balanced Scorecard implementation where applicable.
• Design, track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and set performance targets.
• Manage projects related to performance improvement and ensure timely delivery.

Required profile

• Degree in Science, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Professional membership and EFQM certified assessor status.
• Proven experience in quality management and performance improvement.
• Strong analytical and project management capabilities.
