Business Solution Partner

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Solution Partner to lead the development of hard and soft facility management solutions. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Operations, Commercial and Bid/Tender teams to create practical, competitive and commercially viable FM offerings for our clients in Qatar and the GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Operations, Commercial and Bid/Tender teams to design and deliver FM solutions.
• Review scopes of work and develop effective service delivery models.
• Prepare and support tenders, bids and cost estimations for FM projects.
• Plan manpower, mobilisation and ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
• Maintain strong commercial awareness and manage stakeholder relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in facility management, covering both hard and soft FM services.
• Experience in FM operations, tendering, bidding or estimation, preferably in Qatar or the GCC.
• Ability to analyse scopes, design service delivery models and manage manpower planning.
• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
• Degree or diploma in Engineering, Facility Management, Business or a related discipline.
