Career Development Counselor

About the role

Burjline Builders is looking for an experienced Career Development Counselor to lead employee career planning, capability building, and professional growth initiatives across the organization. The role focuses on delivering tailored guidance, assessments, and development programs that empower staff to achieve their career objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide career counselling and professional‑development guidance to employees.
• Support the creation and execution of individual career and development plans.
• Conduct employee assessments, identify development needs, and recommend appropriate interventions.
• Maintain and enhance career‑path and competency‑development frameworks.
• Design and deliver career‑development workshops and awareness sessions.
• Offer coaching and mentorship to support employee growth.
• Drive development initiatives specifically for national/Qatari staff.
• Analyse career‑development data, prepare reports, and present actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• Post‑graduate qualification in Business or HR is preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant L&D or career‑development experience.
• Proven expertise in career counselling, coaching, and facilitation.
• Experience with career frameworks, assessments, and employee‑development programs.
• Arabic and English bilingual capability is preferred.
