Chief Financial Officer – Cloud & Data Services

About the role

The organization is a leading technology and digital infrastructure provider in Doha, Qatar, seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to steer financial strategy for its Cloud & Data Services division. The CFO will act as a strategic partner to the executive team, ensuring robust financial stewardship, regulatory compliance, and commercial insight.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all finance functions including planning, analysis, budgeting, treasury, tax and corporate finance.
• Oversee public company governance, regulatory reporting and compliance obligations.
• Manage cost pricing and financial modelling for major B2B IT projects.
• Develop and maintain internal controls, enterprise risk management and corporate governance frameworks.
• Collaborate with regulators, external stakeholders and listed‑company reporting bodies.
• Support strategic growth initiatives, investment decisions and operational performance.

Required profile

• 15‑20+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, preferably in technology, ICT, cloud, data centre, telecommunications or managed services.
• Prior experience as a CFO or senior finance executive in a technology‑driven or publicly listed organisation.
• Professional finance qualification (CPA, ACCA, CA, CMA or equivalent); MBA desirable.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; Arabic an advantage.
