Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) – Healthcare

About the role

A leading healthcare group in the MENA region is seeking a CHRO to lead people strategy across hospitals, clinics and support functions, focusing on clinical workforce planning, organisational capability and patient‑service alignment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead HR strategy for clinical, allied health and non‑clinical teams.
• Drive workforce planning, retention, engagement and leadership development.
• Support expansion, licensing‑related workforce planning and service growth.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team.

Required profile

• Senior HR leadership experience in hospital groups, healthcare networks or large care providers.
• Strong understanding of healthcare workforce shortages and credential‑sensitive hiring.
• Proven record of leading senior teams and influencing C‑suite and board stakeholders.
• Degree in a relevant discipline; professional certification is an advantage.
• GCC / MENA experience strongly preferred.
