Senior Consultant – HR Transformation

About the role

Join Sia as a Senior Consultant leading HR transformation workstreams for leading organisations in Qatar. You will design future‑state HR operating models, redesign processes and support technology enablement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead workstreams such as operating model design, process redesign, HR technology enablement and analytics.
• Conduct current‑state assessments, develop future‑state designs and create detailed work plans, RAID logs and status reports.
• Support HRIS roadmap, collaborate on design, testing, data integration and adoption for systems like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM.
• Develop business cases, KPIs and measurement frameworks; track benefits and value realization.
• Drive change management activities including stakeholder analysis, communications, training and readiness.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of management consulting experience with at least 3 years focused on HR transformation.
• Proven experience redesigning HR processes and leading workstream delivery.
• Strong analytical, data‑storytelling and KPI tracking abilities.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Workday, SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM implementation experience.
• Lean methodology and process‑mapping techniques.
• Change‑management tools and frameworks (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR).
• RPA, chatbot or automation concepts for HR services.
