Chief Human Resources Officer – Strategic HR Leader

About the role

Our client, a diversified group based in Doha, Qatar, is seeking a senior HR leader to shape and execute its people agenda as it continues its growth and transformation journey.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead the group’s human capital strategy, aligning people initiatives with long‑term business objectives.
• Oversee all HR functions, including organisational development, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation & benefits, learning & development, employee engagement, succession planning and HR operations.
• Partner with the Group CEO and executive team to drive organisational effectiveness and build leadership capability.
• Lead HR transformation projects, modernise policies and systems, and strengthen governance and compliance.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement across all business units.

Required profile

• Significant executive‑level HR leadership experience in large, diversified or multi‑business organisations.
• Proven track record in developing and executing enterprise‑wide people strategies, organisational transformation, talent management and leadership development.
• Experience operating in the GCC region, preferably Qatar, with strong commercial acumen.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and ability to influence executive decision‑making.
• Strategic mindset, executive presence and capability to lead change at scale.
