Recruiter for Construction Positions

About the role

We are seeking a Recruiter to manage end‑to‑end recruitment activities for construction‑related positions in Qatar, supporting both technical and non‑technical roles.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment activities for construction‑related positions.
• Source qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals and other channels.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial assessments and interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment databases.
• Handle candidate communication and follow‑up throughout the process.
• Support recruitment for both technical and non‑technical construction positions.
• Ensure timely closure of vacancies according to project requirements.
• Prepare recruitment reports and keep accurate candidate records.
• Coordinate document collection and pre‑employment requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience in the Qatar construction sector.
• Arabic speaker – mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of the Qatar recruitment market and local candidate pool.
• Experience recruiting construction professionals, technical staff and skilled workers.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
