Civil Engineer

About the role

Graviton Interiors is seeking a qualified Civil Engineer to lead the design, planning, and execution of construction projects in Doha. The role involves close coordination with contractors, surveyors, and laboratory technicians to ensure projects meet specifications and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee construction design and building of projects, ensuring alignment with project specifications.
• Verify approval status of all drawings submitted by contractors.
• Conduct land surveys and manage teams of surveyors, engineering technicians, and construction workers.
• Supervise and review all additional and out‑of‑scope works carried out by contractors.
• Inspect completed projects to confirm compliance with codes and specifications.
• Coordinate with laboratory technicians for concrete cube sampling and results.
• Monitor all construction activities performed by contractors.
• Adhere to safe working methods and enforce safety rules.
• Collaborate with contractor teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• UPDA Grade A or B certification.
• Experience in hospital/health‑care construction.
• Background in construction consultancy.
