Client Advisor (Beauty)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Client Advisor to join our beauty retail team. You will be the face of the store, welcoming customers and delivering an exceptional shopping experience across all product categories.

Key responsibilities

• Greet every client and provide personalized advice on beauty, skincare, and makeup products.
• Escort clients to racks and counters, suggest suitable items, and keep them informed about promotions and new merchandise.
• Maintain product presentation, ensuring price tags are clean and stock is properly stored.
• Develop long‑term relationships with clients to foster brand loyalty using available tools.
• Identify opportunities to improve the sales process and communicate suggestions to management.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store objectives.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in beauty, skincare, or makeup.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive, results‑driven, and able to work well in a team environment.
