About the role
We are seeking a proactive Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations at our special-needs centre in Doha. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on management of medical and para‑medical teams to ensure high‑quality patient care and efficient resource use.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate all medical and para‑medical staff, fostering teamwork and performance excellence.
- Design and maintain roster structures and staff schedules to optimise clinic utilisation.
- Monitor and evaluate performance metrics, implementing improvements where needed.
- Develop and execute the clinic’s business strategy in alignment with organisational goals.
- Collaborate with internal departments to support seamless service delivery.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing operations in a clinic or medical centre.
- Strong multitasking ability and excellent verbal, written and organisational skills.
- Fluent English communication; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
