Cluster Visual Merchandiser

About the role

The Cluster Visual Merchandiser is responsible for developing, delivering and communicating visual concepts that promote the brand, its products and services within stores. This role trains and coaches store teams on visual presentation standards and manages daily, weekly and seasonal visual merchandising tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure brand identity and presentation standards are consistently achieved in windows and in‑store displays.
• Create eye‑catching displays that incorporate commercial sales opportunities.
• Implement brand‑specific visual merchandising standards and coordinate store displays according to brand guidelines.
• Develop floor plans, maximize visual impact, and arrange merchandise, signage, fixtures and layout.
• Photograph every change made to merchandise displays and use creative lighting for windows.
• Maximize placement of new lines, re‑merchandise stores when trends evolve, and create category‑based store layouts.
• Collect feedback on merchandise and ensure proper merchandising of items.
• Collaborate with operations, brand management and sales teams to increase sales and achieve commercial goals.
• Participate in store pre‑openings to ensure brand standards are correctly implemented.
• Research current market trends and lifestyle influences.

Required profile

• Experience in visual merchandising within a retail environment.
• Ability to train and coach store teams on visual presentation standards.
• Strong eye for detail and commercial opportunities in display design.
• Capability to work closely with operations, brand management and sales teams.
• Willingness to travel to stores for pre‑opening checks and regular visits.
