Co‑Founder & Ecosystem Architect

About the role

Three Neon Dots is seeking a Co‑Founder & Ecosystem Architect to lead growth across Europe and the Gulf. You will bridge the Estonian HQ and Qatar operations, shaping strategy, partnerships and commercial decisions for an AI‑native brand, build and growth studio.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate strategy, partnerships and commercial activities between Estonia and Qatar without friction.
• Build and nurture relationships with founders, SMEs, VCs, government bodies, and enterprise clients in both regions.
• Develop a partnership pipeline that generates revenue and equity opportunities.
• Acquire startups and SMEs as clients across branding, build and growth pillars, influencing packaging and pricing.
• Represent Three Neon Dots at high‑level forums, investor rooms, accelerators and government innovation programs.
• Contribute to commercial strategy, fundraising and long‑term direction.

Required profile

• 15+ years in business development, digital transformation or strategy consulting.
• Proven track record of closing multi‑million partnership pipelines (e.g., 5M+ QAR).
• Direct experience with government, quasi‑government or enterprise clients in Qatar/GCC.
• Strong understanding of AI, digital products and technology consulting.
• Comfortable operating between Europe and the Gulf; familiarity with Estonia’s tech ecosystem is a plus.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; additional European language is beneficial.
