Commercial Manager – Revenue & Partnerships

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic commercial leader to drive revenue growth for Time Out Doha and the wider GCC market. The Commercial Manager will pitch, plan and deliver market‑leading campaigns for commercial partners, working closely with sales, editorial and agency teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow monthly revenue across Time Out Doha and other GCC territories.
• Pitch innovative media solutions to existing and prospective clients, both in response to briefs and through proactive concept development.
• Exceed revenue targets by securing new partnerships and expanding the brand’s commercial portfolio.
• Manage a client list, collaborate with PR and media agencies, and maintain strong industry relationships.
• Design monthly and seasonal offers, events and activations to diversify revenue streams.
• Produce high‑quality presentations and post‑campaign reports.
• Work with the Group Commercial Director to leverage ITP Media Group partners for amplified campaigns.
• Coordinate with the Commercial Director and Editorial Director to ensure briefs are exceeded and content standards are met.
• Stay attuned to the local market, using professional networks and social media to identify emerging opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven track record of leading teams and launching products in a media or advertising environment.
• Strong network of contacts across Qatar and the GCC.
• Excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills.
• Passion for creative commercial executions and a deep understanding of the local market.
• Degree‑level education or equivalent industry qualification.
• Minimum five years of experience selling to agencies and directly to clients.
