About the role

The Ned Doha is seeking a motivated Commis Chef to join the Millies Lounge team. This entry‑level position offers the chance to work in a luxury hospitality environment, supporting the kitchen in delivering high‑quality Italian‑inspired dishes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes, maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation.
• Prepare ingredients, sauces, pasta, and other menu items according to established recipes.
• Support the kitchen team during service to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area at all times.
• Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and health regulations, including HACCP standards.
• Collaborate with senior chefs to continuously improve culinary skills.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Commis Chef in luxury hospitality.
• Strong passion for food and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Positive attitude, teamwork orientation, and a proactive approach.
• Basic understanding of food safety and HACCP standards.
