Construction Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead a variety of construction projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for organizing, supervising, and ensuring that each project is delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to define project specifications.
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors and secure profitable agreements.
• Obtain necessary permits and licenses from relevant authorities.
• Determine required resources—including manpower, equipment, and materials—while respecting budget constraints.
• Plan construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to meet deadlines.
• Acquire equipment and materials, monitor inventory, and address shortages promptly.
• Hire contractors and staff, assign responsibilities, and supervise their work.
• Evaluate project progress, prepare detailed reports, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
