Content & Growth Coordinator

About the role

SANAD Insurance Brokers is seeking a creative and organized Content & Growth Coordinator to drive digital content, customer education, and lead‑generation initiatives. The role blends content creation in Arabic and English with campaign coordination and performance analysis to support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the product’s content strategy, brand voice, campaign themes and launch calendar.
• Manage daily content and community activities on Instagram and TikTok.
• Create concepts, captions, scripts, photography and short‑form video content.
• Edit and adapt assets for each platform using CapCut, Canva or Adobe tools.
• Support campaign setup, creative testing and performance reviews across Meta, TikTok and Google Ads.
• Leverage AI tools for research, ideation, copywriting, graphics, editing and content repurposing.
• Track performance metrics and translate insights into content and growth experiments.
• Produce evergreen guides, email and WhatsApp content, and other audience resources.
• Collaborate with creators, communities and partner businesses to expand content reach.
• Capture real stories and moments on the ground in Qatar.

Required profile

• Strong storyteller who knows what makes audiences stop, care, share or act.
• 1–3 years of experience in content, social media, growth, community, branding, agency or startup environments (fresh graduates acceptable with demonstrable work).
• Portfolio showcasing original content, storytelling, copywriting, video, photography or community‑building projects.
• Excellent English writing and communication skills; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage.
• Basic understanding of performance marketing and interest in Meta, TikTok and Google Ads.
• Highly organized, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks.
