About the role
The Corporate Affairs Officer supports the Bank’s corporate governance function by handling correspondence, maintaining shareholder records, and assisting with the planning and execution of General Assembly meetings. The role also involves translating documents, managing archives, and processing related invoices.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and update the Bank’s shareholders’ database.
- Assist the Head of Shareholder Relationship with incoming shareholder enquiries.
- Plan, organise and provide logistical support for Annual General Assemblies (AGM) and Extraordinary General Assemblies (EGM).
- Manage, translate, control, distribute and archive incoming and outgoing correspondence with regulators, authorities and internal parties.
- Support the preparation, translation and dissemination of press releases, speeches and other corporate communications.
- Ensure proper documentation flow and archiving according to departmental and Bank policies.
- Process invoices related to corporate affairs activities (e.g., translators, consultants, authorities).
- Maintain legal and corporate documentation, support audits and provide records as required.
Required profile
- University degree in Law or a Business‑related field.
- Fresh graduate or candidate with limited professional experience.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
