Corporate IT Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a Corporate IT Trainer to deliver structured training sessions that enable business users to fully leverage Microsoft Teams Phone capabilities. The role bridges the functional gap between Webex and Microsoft Teams Phone, ensuring a smooth transition and optimal usage across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver training on Microsoft Teams Phone features, including calling, transfer protocols, queues, and integrations.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer between Webex and Teams Phone environments.
• Conduct both virtual and in‑person training sessions tailored to diverse user groups.
• Support end‑user adoption of Microsoft 365 tools related to voice communication.

Required profile

• Fluent English speaker with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proven experience delivering corporate training on Microsoft Teams Phone or enterprise‑level VoIP solutions.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 environments from an end‑user adoption perspective.
• Strong engagement skills for virtual and face‑to‑face delivery.
