Crane Technician

About the role

Ejar Cranes & Equipment LLC is seeking a full‑time Crane Technician to join its on‑site team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will ensure that all cranes and lifting equipment are maintained to the highest safety and performance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot and repair cranes and heavy lifting equipment.
• Perform field service operations to keep equipment in optimal working condition.
• Follow and enforce safety standards and procedures during all activities.
• Provide technical advice on efficient equipment usage.
• Assist operators with technical issues during ongoing projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of lifting and heavy equipment.
• Strong diagnostic abilities and attention to detail.
• In‑depth knowledge of safety regulations applicable to operational settings.
• Relevant technical certification or qualification in heavy machinery or mechanical engineering.
• Ability to work on‑site and adapt to varying operational conditions.
