Creative Designer

About the role

The Creative Designer will work under the guidance of the Marketing Manager to execute Mondrian Doha’s social media strategy and visual communication programs. This position collaborates closely with the corporate office and multiple hotel departments to produce engaging digital and print content that reflects the brand’s distinctive style.

Key responsibilities

• Design flyers, menus, social media posts and campaign visuals in line with Mondrian Doha’s brand identity.
• Create animated assets such as Instagram/Facebook stories and short video snippets to boost platform engagement.
• Develop new grid layouts and creative directions for the hotel’s social profiles.
• Assist with photography and videography shoots, handling styling and coordination.
• Partner with F&B, Rooms, Spa and other departments to generate fresh creative concepts for online visibility.
• Support Revenue and Reservations teams with up‑to‑date digital content for promotions and guest communications.
• Design and optimise visuals for email marketing, website, intranet and corporate microsites.
• Attend hotel events and activations to capture on‑the‑ground social media content.
