Creative Director – Lead & Grow Creative Practice

About the role

We are partnering with a leading strategic communications consultancy to appoint a Creative Director based in Qatar. This senior position will shape the agency’s creative vision, drive integrated campaigns and build a high‑performing, scalable creative business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and grow the agency’s creative practice alongside senior leadership.
• Set the creative vision and uphold exceptional standards across all client work.
• Manage, mentor and expand a multidisciplinary design team, including freelance specialists.
• Collaborate with digital consultants to deliver branding, social, digital marketing, website and influencer campaigns.
• Present concepts to senior clients and nurture long‑term relationships.
• Drive business growth through pitches, proposals and new client acquisition.
• Introduce AI‑powered creative workflows to improve quality, speed and efficiency.

Required profile

• 10+ years in a senior creative leadership role within an agency environment.
• Strong graphic design foundation with an outstanding portfolio for corporate and consumer brands.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing multiple client accounts.
• Commercial awareness and extensive client‑facing experience.
• Expertise across branding, digital, social, content and visual storytelling.
• Experience integrating AI tools into creative and production workflows.
• Arabic language skills are advantageous but not essential.

Required skills
