About the role
The Customer Service Associate plays a key role in delivering exceptional service to customers at the Marks & Spencer Café in Doha. You will ensure the store is welcoming, well‑stocked, and visually appealing while supporting sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with customers, address basic complaints and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep the sales floor clean and organized.
- Receive shipments, restock shelves, and help manage inventory.
- Recommend products, upsell and cross‑sell based on customer needs.
- Operate the cash register, process transactions and follow cash‑handling policies.
Required profile
- Minimum of 1 month of experience in a customer‑facing role.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment.
