Delivery & Dispatch Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Delivery & Dispatch Coordinator to manage daily delivery operations across Qatar. The role involves organizing shipments, assigning orders to drivers, planning routes, and ensuring every dispatched order is completed and closed efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and coordinate daily customer deliveries, planning routes based on location, priority and delivery requirements.
• Assign orders and routes to drivers, ensuring clear daily schedules and monitoring driver performance.
• Track deliveries throughout the day, follow up on delayed, pending, failed or rescheduled shipments.
• Coordinate with Customer Service for unreachable customers or clarification of delivery details.
• Maintain accurate delivery statuses, records and reports, and ensure COD amounts are recorded and reconciled with Finance.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and customer collections, and ensure undelivered items are returned to inventory.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in delivery coordination, dispatch or last‑mile logistics, preferably in Qatar.
• Good knowledge of Doha and Qatar road networks and locations.
• Proven ability to coordinate drivers, plan routes and manage multiple daily deliveries.
• Strong organisational, communication and follow‑up skills, with the capacity to solve issues quickly under pressure.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, currently based in Qatar and available to join immediately.

• Excel / Google Sheets for data tracking.
• WhatsApp for driver communication.
• ERP or order‑management system for dispatch operations.
