Digital Products Integration Consultant

About the role

The Digital Products Integration Consultant will lead the design and delivery of API‑first integrations that connect backend systems with digital services, mobile apps, cloud platforms and emerging technologies for the AAM business.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the roadmap for API products, incorporating feedback from internal and external developers.
• Build strong relationships with API consumers to understand requirements and provide guidance.
• Research, evaluate and select integration technologies and standards that support backend‑to‑digital product connectivity.
• Provide comprehensive API documentation, interactive guides, code samples and SDKs to enable easy adoption.
• Manage the full API lifecycle, including versioning, decommissioning and compliance with corporate, security and architectural standards.
• Collaborate with product managers, product owners and enterprise architects to ensure scalable, resilient infrastructure for digital product integration.
• Stay abreast of technology trends and translate them into practical solutions for new business models.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proven expertise in Mulesoft and Salesforce API integration.
• Professional certifications such as API Product Management, Google Cloud API Design, and Apigee API Platform Certified Developer.
