Digital Tools Administrator

About the role

The Digital Tools Administrator will support the development, enhancement, and optimisation of a growing ecosystem of digital platforms, investor‑facing solutions, AI‑enabled tools and enterprise applications. This role bridges business and technology, working with cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver high‑impact digital initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support implementation of digital transformation initiatives and technology projects.
• Gather, analyse and document business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Coordinate with software vendors, developers and technology partners to deliver platform enhancements and new capabilities.
• Manage and prioritise digital product backlogs, enhancement requests and system improvements.
• Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test scenarios and deployment readiness activities.
• Support digital platforms, CRM systems, dashboards, portals, AI‑enabled solutions and ecosystem integrations.
• Monitor platform performance, user adoption and service utilisation to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop reports, dashboards and analytics that support data‑driven decision‑making.
• Provide functional support and guidance to business users across the organisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with digital platforms, business systems and CRM solutions.
• Experience in digital transformation projects, technology implementation and support.
• Strong understanding of digital product lifecycle management, business analysis and requirements gathering.
• Familiarity with AI and automation technologies, stakeholder management and project coordination.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum or hybrid delivery methodologies is advantageous.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is preferred.
