About the role
Qatar Shipyard Technology Solutions is seeking experienced Dock Workers to support shipyard operations in Doha. The role involves hands‑on participation in ship repair projects, routine maintenance tasks, and the outfitting of marine vessels. Workers must follow safety protocols and collaborate with other dock personnel to ensure timely and safe completion of projects.
Required profile
- High school diploma or vocational diploma in a relevant trade.
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in shipyard environments.
- Previous experience as a Dock Sailor or Sailor Rigger.
- Proven background in ship repair or shipyard work.
- Ability to work safely around marine vessels and dock operations.
