About the role

RoadHero is looking for an experienced Ecommerce Manager to lead and optimise its online sales channels. Based in Doha, Qatar, you will shape the digital commerce strategy, ensuring a seamless experience for customers across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive ecommerce strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage online product listings, pricing, and promotional content.
• Analyse performance metrics and generate insights to drive sales growth.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and technical teams to enhance the user journey.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to keep the platform innovative and competitive.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in ecommerce operations and strategy.
• Proficiency in digital marketing and sales‑strategy development.
• Excellent communication skills for internal and external collaboration.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and inform decisions.
• Ability to spot market trends and implement relevant initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field; ecommerce certification is a plus.
• Proven track record of growing online sales and delivering measurable results.
• Adaptability to a fast‑paced, innovative environment.
