Electrical Training Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a technically experienced Electrical Training Specialist to support the development of technical capabilities and deliver comprehensive training programs for our engineering teams in Doha. The role involves collaborating with engineering teams to ensure that training aligns with operational needs and industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Identify technical skills and competency gaps across electrical disciplines.
• Develop and implement electrical and technical training plans and programs.
• Coordinate technical training activities, workshops, and sessions.
• Create training materials and competency-development content.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of technical training initiatives.
• Liaise with technical departments and external training providers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Learning & Development or technical training.
• Strong understanding of electrical training requirements and competency development.
• Excellent communication, coordination and training-development capabilities.
