Employee Dining Supervisor

About the role

The Employee Dining Supervisor supports the smooth operation of the corporate dining facility, acting as a liaison between employees, management, and Human Resources. This full‑time, onsite position ensures dining services meet company standards while handling employee concerns and compliance matters.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and track employee dining room issues, ensuring timely resolution and follow‑up.
• Assist management and leadership in handling and resolving dining‑related matters.
• Ensure all processes comply with local, state, federal laws and company policies.
• Inform HR of any dining‑room related issues and respond to employee queries about HR programs.
• Disseminate information on employer‑employee relations, activities, and policies.
• Maintain accurate employee records, including interview documents and I‑9 forms.
• Support logistics, administration, and scheduling of annual employee surveys.
• Answer phone calls, record messages, and provide professional telephone etiquette.
• Assist in scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating dining staff.
• Follow safety and security policies, reporting accidents or unsafe conditions.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and welcome guests per company standards.
• Enter and retrieve work‑related data using computers and point‑of‑sale systems.
• Move, lift, and place objects up to 10 lb without assistance and perform other reasonable duties as assigned.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 10 lb.
• Strong communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Required skills

• Proficiency with computers and point‑of‑sale (POS) systems for data entry.
• Basic record‑keeping and documentation skills.
