Employee Engagement Specialist – Senior Level

About the role

TradesApp is looking for an experienced Employee Engagement Specialist to drive employee experience, culture and workplace initiatives for a major organization in Qatar. You will partner closely with HR and business leaders to shape a positive, high‑performing work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives and culture programs.
• Support employee experience and workplace‑culture projects.
• Design, conduct and analyse employee engagement surveys and feedback.
• Prepare engagement reports, KPIs and actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate employee events, campaigns and internal communication initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities.
• Assist with organisational change and culture transformation efforts.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field (Master's preferred for senior candidates).
• 6–10 years of relevant HR experience, including employee engagement, experience or relations.
• Strong stakeholder‑management, analytical and communication abilities.
• Experience in change‑management and coaching is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English preferred.
