Employee Relations Analyst

About the role

The Employee Relations Analyst will support the HR team by researching trends, handling investigations, and advising managers on employee‑relations matters. This role combines data analysis, policy development, and training to foster a positive and compliant workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Research and analyse employee‑relations trends, issues and best practices to recommend improvements.
• Support investigations of employee complaints, disciplinary actions and performance‑management issues, ensuring legal and policy compliance.
• Analyse turnover, absenteeism and satisfaction data to identify patterns and propose engagement strategies.
• Assist in creating and implementing policies, procedures and programs aligned with company values and legal requirements.
• Provide guidance to managers on policy interpretation, legal regulations and conflict resolution.
• Design and deliver training workshops on conflict resolution, communication and respectful workplace behavior.
• Maintain confidential records of investigations, disciplinary actions and related documentation in compliance with privacy laws.
• Perform all duties related to employee relations as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in HR or a comparable discipline.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven capability to handle employee‑relations issues and advise both employees and managers.
