About the role
The role involves developing, implementing, and supporting enterprise application integration solutions, primarily within the airline industry. It requires collaboration with cross‑functional teams across different time zones to deliver high‑quality solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and support Enterprise Application Integration solutions
- Work with Administrator / EMS and relevant language/platform technologies
- Understand user requirements provided by the BA and develop appropriate configurations
- Analyze application defects and provide effective solutions
- Coordinate with multiple interface teams to ensure end‑to‑end functionality
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams across different time zones
- Ensure high‑quality deliverables and adherence to project/support standards
