About the role
We are seeking an Enterprise Sales Manager to drive the expansion of a high‑growth fintech scale‑up across the GCC, focusing on Kuwait and Saudi Arabia. You will own the end‑to‑end sales cycle for banking and financial‑institution clients, shaping market penetration in a rapidly evolving sector.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full enterprise sales process from prospecting to contract closure within banks, fintech firms and large corporates.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of high‑value opportunities, targeting C‑suite and senior stakeholders such as CTOs, CIOs, CFOs, Procurement and Compliance officers.
- Collaborate with product and implementation teams to tailor solutions that meet client requirements and ensure successful delivery.
- Represent the company at the highest level in the assigned market, establishing the brand as a leading provider of banking infrastructure.
Required profile
- 7+ years of experience selling enterprise software or fintech solutions (SaaS, banking technology, financial infrastructure).
- Proven track record of closing complex, multi‑stakeholder deals with financial institutions.
- Deep understanding of banks’ technology evaluation and procurement processes.
- Strong existing network within the banking or financial services sector in Kuwait or Saudi Arabia.
- Hunter mentality combined with the patience required for enterprise sales.
- Based in Kuwait or Saudi Arabia, or willing to relocate.
