Estimation and Project Coordination Director

About the role

Lead the Estimation & Tendering function for large‑scale EPC projects across Oil & Gas, LNG, Petrochemical, Power, Utilities, Industrial and Infrastructure sectors. You will be responsible for shaping bid strategies, delivering accurate cost estimates, managing commercial evaluations and mitigating risks to secure successful tender submissions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary bid teams through the full tender lifecycle.
• Develop bid strategies, cost estimates and commercial proposals.
• Review tender documents, drawings, specifications and contract requirements.
• Identify technical, commercial, contractual and execution risks.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Planning, Finance, Commercial and Project Controls teams.
• Manage relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and JV partners.
• Ensure timely, competitive and compliant bid submissions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 18‑20+ years of estimation and tendering experience in EPC or major construction organisations.
• Strong background in Upstream, Midstream, Downstream, LNG, Petrochemical, Power and Utility projects.
• In‑depth knowledge of FIDIC and EPC contracting.
• Proven leadership in strategic bid management and commercial decision‑making.
• Excellent analytical, risk assessment, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English with strong communication, presentation and report‑writing abilities.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
