Experienced Quality Assurance Specialist

About the role

Boeing Global Services is looking for an Experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to support the AH‑64 business at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar. The role focuses on ensuring product quality, compliance with aerospace standards, and driving corrective actions across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Review and validate product non‑conformances, dispositions, and quality procedures.
• Perform failure and forensic analysis of aerospace components and systems.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis and develop corrective/preventive action plans.
• Train and mentor colleagues on the Quality Management System.
• Negotiate and obtain commitments for corrective actions and prioritize quality activities.
• Validate configuration management, quality procedures, and material review policies.
• Create analytical reports and coordinate distribution to internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in aircraft operations, aerospace manufacturing, or related quality assurance roles.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance.
• Strong knowledge of aerospace design, systems integration, and quality management standards.
