About the role
The Facilities Management Supervisor will lead technical teams in day‑to‑day electromechanical maintenance, ensuring safe and effective operation of building systems.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise technicians and daily maintenance activities.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Monitor electrical, mechanical, HVAC, air‑conditioning, and cooling systems.
- Allocate work and monitor technical team performance.
- Identify technical issues and coordinate corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety and occupational health procedures.
- Coordinate with Facilities Engineers and Managers.
- Evaluate individual and team performance.
Required profile
- Mechanical/Electrical Engineering degree preferred or relevant technical qualification.
- Minimum 10 years of total experience, including at least 3 years in schools or kindergartens.
- Previous supervisory experience on similar‑sized projects.
- Bilingual Arabic and English capability.
