Facilities Management Supervisor

About the role

The Facilities Management Supervisor will lead technical teams responsible for the day‑to‑day electromechanical maintenance of building systems, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation across all facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise technicians and coordinate daily maintenance activities.
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical, mechanical, HVAC, air‑conditioning, and cooling systems.
• Allocate work, monitor performance, and address technical issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety and occupational health procedures.
• Collaborate with Facilities Engineers and Managers to optimize system performance.
• Evaluate individual and team performance and provide feedback.

Required profile

• Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree preferred, or equivalent technical qualification.
• Minimum 10 years of total experience in electromechanical maintenance.
• At least 3 years of experience within schools or kindergartens.
• Proven supervisory experience on projects of similar size.
• Bilingual Arabic and English capability.
